Type of data categories and origin of the data:
When you apply to us, we process the information that we receive from you as part of the application process, e.g. through letters of application, CVs, references, correspondence, telephone or verbal information. In addition to your contact details, information about your education, qualifications, work experience and skills is of particular relevance to us.
If we don´t receive the data directly from you, we will only process your applicant data in pseudonymised form.
Purposes and legal bases of data processing and duration of data storage:
We process your data for the purpose of initiating (as part of the application process) or fulfilling the employment contract.
Your personal data will be processed:
Your data will be transmitted to specialised departments within our company as part of the processing.
Furthermore, data may be transferred outside our company to authorities, the post office, third-party debtors, banks and service providers such as service data centres and remote maintenance. We also process personal data that we have lawfully obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. professional networks).
The data is stored for at least the duration of employment, but for a maximum of 6 months in the case of rejected applications. In most cases, we are bound by the statutory retention periods. After this maximum storage period has expired, your data will be deleted unless there is another important reason to the contrary.
If we wish to store your data for longer, we will ask for your consent.
If data is transferred to third countries, the transfer is either permitted by a condition of Art. 49 para. 1 and para. 2 EU GDPR on the basis of your informed consent or on the basis of a contract / pre-contractual measure at the request of the data subject or we have guarantees for the data protection-compliant processing of your data in third countries (Art. 46 para. 2 & 3 GDPR).

We only process personal data that we receive directly from you or from another person (e.g. a colleague) as part of your enquiry or a contractual relationship with you.
